Bollinger, Legion (1785-18 )of NC

The first family on this site will be Legion's mainly because I belong to it. The information is not complete … again it is a place to start including my research document. The research document items need to be confirmed so don't take them as true! Legion b. 9 Feb 1785 to Christian Bollinger and Margaret Runck b. 4 Nov 1760 in York Co., PA. After the death of Christian - Margaret packed her 4 children up and moved to Catawba Co., NC. There she married Jacob Sebach. In his will Jacob lists Legion's name as Lionder . This was a germanic family (Margaret's bible was in German) and Legion may be a nickname. We have been able to find the birth records of his brother and sisters but not Legion… We are still searching.
